We understand that you would like to receive your order as promptly as possible and we aim to despatch your order within 2 working days for all credit / debit card purchases. 

Please allow 5 - 7 working days for delivery but delivery times may vary and we do not guarantee to deliver within a specific period of time. Please note that if you pay by cheque we will not despatch your order until your cheque has cleared.

If we think there may be a delay for any reason we will always contact you.

The majority of our orders are sent using Royal Mail Standard Service or First Class using Royal Mail ‘Signed for’ service but we may use Royal Mail Special Delivery or a parcel courier service, depending on the value of your parcel. Please be aware that a signature may be required on delivery so please give a delivery address where someone will be able to sign for your package. (Please note that PO box addresses are not suitable for delivery).

What if my order is urgent?

How much will delivery cost?

Our delivery charges are £3.95 for orders up to £35.00

Orders over £35.00 are delivered free of charge.

Please note that we are only able to deliver to addresses within the UK mainland at present.
